Terms, Conditions & Additional Notes
Payment Terms:
• Account customers: 30 days from invoice date.
• New or one-off customers: upfront payment before collection.
• Late payments may incur interest of 5% per month.
Insurance & Liability:
• Goods in Transit insurance: up to £10,000 included (see individual job exclusions).
• Public liability: up to £1,000,000.
• Customers should declare high-value goods in advance for tailored cover – insurance upgrades available at additional cost.
Cancellations & Changes:
• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled collection.
• Same-day cancellations may be charged at 50% of the quoted job value.
• Changes to job specifications (weight, size, address) may incur additional charges.
Waiting & Loading:
• First 15 minutes of loading/unloading are free.
• After 15 minutes: £30 per hour (charged in 15-minute increments).
Surcharges:
• Out-of-hours/weekend: +20% on standard rate.
• Hazardous/ADR: +10% surcharge (subject to ADR limits).
• Cross-border (customs/ferry/tunnel): +20% or billed at cost (whichever higher).
• ULEZ/low-emission zones: charged where applicable.
Operational Commitments:
• All drivers are fully vetted, uniformed and insured.
• Real-time tracking and electronic proof of delivery (POD) available on request.
• Priority booking and dedicated account management for contract clients.
Service Area:
• Full UK mainland coverage. European mainland delivery available; select routes may require customs documentation and
additional lead time.
Data Protection & Privacy:
• We collect minimal personal data required for bookings (contact, addresses, consignment details) and process it in line with
applicable data protection laws.
